Class E shareholder definition

Class E shareholder means the International Finance Corporation;
Class E shareholder has the meaning set forth in the Section 1.3(b).
Class E shareholder means a record holder of one or more shares of Class E Common Stock.

  • Preferred Shareholders means the holders of Preferred Shares.

  • Preferred Holder means, with respect to a series of Preferred Units, a Record Holder of such series of Preferred Units.
