The number of shares of Common Stock for which this Class E Common Stock Purchase Warrant (this “Warrant”) is exercisable and the Exercise Price are subject to adjustment as provided herein.
Upon the Effective Date, all of the restricted shares of the Company's Class A Voting Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, and Class E Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, that were subject to the vesting and repurchase provisions set forth in Section 7 of the Original Agreement (collectively, the "Restricted Shares") will become fully vested, provided that the Executive remains in continuous service with the Company or any Subsidiary until such Effective Date.
