Class Exclusion Period definition

Class Exclusion Period means the period in which a member of the Rule 23(b)(3) Settlement Class may timely and properly become an Opt Out, which period is specified in Paragraph 83 below.

Examples of Class Exclusion Period in a sentence

  • A member of the Rule 23(b)(3) Settlement Class may effect such an exclusion by sending a written request to the Class Administrator, by first-class mail with postage prepaid and postmarked within the Class Exclusion Period.

Related to Class Exclusion Period

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • Start-up period has the meaning as defined in the relevant Supplemental Agreement.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.

  • Suspension Period shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(b).
