Class IAM Preferred Stock definition

Class IAM Preferred Stock. ' shall mean the Class IAM Junior Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Corporation.

  • The holder of the share of Class IAM Preferred Stock as such shall not be entitled to receive any dividends or other distributions (except as provided in Section 4).
