Class IO Shortfall definition

Class IO Shortfall. As defined in Section 8.13. For the avoidance of doubt, the Class IO Shortfall for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Class X Certificates in respect of amounts due to the Swap Provider on such Distribution Date (other than Defaulted Swap Termination Payments) in excess of the amount payable on the Class X Interest (prior to reduction for any Basis Risk Payments or Defaulted Swap Termination Payments) or Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 8.13.
Class IO Shortfall. The sum of the Class IO-1 Shortfall and the Class IO-2 Shortfall.

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Class A Note Principal Shortfall means, as of the close of any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount on that distribution date, over • the amount of principal actually distributed or allocated to the class A noteholders or deposited into the accumulation account on that distribution date.
