Class M-1 Percentage definition

Class M-1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Class M-1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage derived from the fraction (which shall not be greater than 1), the numerator of which is the Class M-1 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the sum of the Class A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class M-1 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, the Class M-2 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance and the Class B-2 Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance, each immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Class M-1 Percentage

Class M-1 Percentage. As to any Remittance Date, the percentage derived from the fraction (which shall not be greater than 1) whose numerator is the Class M-1 Principal Balance immediately prior to such Remittance Date and whose denominator is the Pool Scheduled Principal Balance immediately prior to such Remittance Date.
