First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt. Overnight Delivery: When delivered by overnight delivery (Federal Express/Airborne/United Parcel Service/DHL WorldWide Express) with charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service. Facsimile transmission: When sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective on receipt, provided that, (a) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first-class or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or (b) the receiving party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given facsimile shall be deemed received on the next business day if it is received after 5:00 p.m. (recipient’s time) or on a non-business day. Mass mailing means over two hundred substantially similar pieces of mail, but does not include a form letter or other mail that is sent in response to an unsolicited request, letter or other inquiry.
E-Mail shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.
Postal service means the United States postal service.

postal services means services consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items. This shall include both services falling within as well as services falling outside the scope of the universal service set up in conformity with Directive 97/67/EC;
Postal Ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode;
Verified mail means any method of mailing that is offered by
asset class means the category of the underlying interest of a derivative and includes, for greater certainty, interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, equity and commodity;
Air means open air not enclosed in a building, structure, machine, chimney, stack or flue; (“air”)
Envelope is a portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy that is designated for a specific use. There are four Envelopes in the Estimated Provincial Subsidy as follows:
Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another
Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.
Direct mail means printed material delivered or distributed by United States mail or other delivery service to a mass audience or to addresses on a mailing list provided by the purchaser or at the direction of the purchaser in cases in which the cost of the items are not billed directly to the recipients. "Direct mail" includes tangible personal property supplied directly or indirectly by the purchaser to the direct mail seller for inclusion in the package containing the printed material. "Direct mail" does not include multiple items of printed material delivered to a single address.
Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, ____% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-1 Margin and (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.
Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 3.990% per annum, and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period plus the Class M-2 Margin for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
Class M-4 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.790% per annum, and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period plus the Class M-4 Margin for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
Receptacle means any storage container, including bins and bags, used for the storage of any category of MSW ;

Voice mail service means an ancillary service that enables the customer to store, send or receive recorded messages. Voice mail service does not include any vertical services that the customer may be required to have in order to utilize the voice mail service.
