Class Mailing List definition

Class Mailing List means the names of all Class Members along with their mailing addresses, to the extent known, provided by Defendants to the Settlement Administrator. The Class List contains Class Member information for the Annuity Contracts Sub-Class and the Trust Platform Sub-Class.
Class Mailing List means the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing mail and/or email addresses of the members of the Settlement Class provided by Defendant to the Settlement Administrator as defined below.
Class Mailing List means the list that identifies each Obligor, including but not limited to each Obligor appearing on the Damage Claim Listings, and the original or updated address for the Obligor as currently known by the Parties or their Counsel.
