Class P Unit definition

Class P Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class P Unit as provided in this Agreement.

Class P Unit means the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class P Units”.

Class P Unit means each unit of limited liability interest in OpCo designated as a “Class P Unit” pursuant to the OpCo LLC Agreement.

More Definitions of Class P Unit

Class P Unit means a Class P Unit of the Company.

Class P Unit means a Class P Unit in the Company representing a profits interest in the Company as more fully described in Section 3.10 of the LLC Agreement.

Class P Unit means the class of units of the Partnership designated as the “Class P Units”. “Closing” means the completion of the purchase and sale of any Units.
