Class A Percentage Interest definition

Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Member as of a given date, that percentage obtained by dividing the total number of Class A Units owned by such Member by the total number of Class A Units issued and outstanding.
Class A Percentage Interest means a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the total of a Member’s Class A Preferred Units and the denominator of which is the total of all outstanding Class A Preferred Units.

More Definitions of Class A Percentage Interest

Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to any Member, the quotient obtained by dividing the aggregate number of Class A Units then owned by such Member by the aggregate number of Class A Units then owned by all Members.
Class A Percentage Interest means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Class A Member, a percentage interest (expressed as a percentage), calculated by dividing (a) the total number of Class A Units held by such Class A Member as of such date by (b) the total number of Class A Units outstanding as of such date.
Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Member, the percentage set forth opposite such Member’s name on Schedule 3.1, subject to adjustment pursuant to a transfer of a Class A Interest by such Member or the issuance of new Class A Interests by the Company, in either case, in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
