Class A Percentage Interest definition

Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Member as of a given date, that percentage obtained by dividing the total number of Class A Units owned by such Member by the total number of Class A Units issued and outstanding.
Class A Percentage Interest. As of any date of determination, with respect to the Class A Regular Interest and the Class A Certificates, a percentage interest equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the Certificate Balance of the Class A Certificates, and the denominator of which is the Certificate Balance of the Class A Regular Interest.

More Definitions of Class A Percentage Interest

Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Holder at any time and from time to time, a percentage equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of Class A Units owned by such Class A Holder and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Common Units owned by all Members.
