Class Proceedings definition

Class Proceedings means any court action or arbitration where a Claim is or Claims are brought: ° By or on behalf of a class or group; ° In a representative capacity or otherwise on a class basis; or ° In the form of a private attorney general action. • “FAA” means the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 through 16, as amended. • “Our Related Parties” mean any of the following people: ° Our affiliated third parties such as our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates; ° Our unaffiliated third parties that provide any products, services, marketing, or benefits in connection with your account; and ° The officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns of us, our affiliated third parties, and our unaffiliated third parties. • “Ordinary Claim” means a Claim that meets (1) or (2) or both below.
