Class Release Period definition

Class Release Period means the period from and including June 1, 2002 up to and including the date that summary notice of the settlement is first published.
Class Release Period means December 8, 2017 through 7 March 20, 2024.
Class Release Period means July 23, 2017, through 15 November 13, 2022, or the preliminary approval date, whichever occurs first.

  • If it is determined that the number of 3 Qualified Workweeks worked by Class Members during the Class Release Period exceeds 81,550 by 4 more than ten percent (10%) (i.e., the number of Qualified Workweeks exceeds 89,705), the Class 5 Release Period shall instead cut off upon the date the Class Members worked more than 89,705 6 Workweeks.

  • Upon the Effective Date of this Settlement, Plaintiff and each Participating Class 5 Member, for themselves and for their respective spouses, domestic partners, marital community, 6 children, estates, trusts, attorneys, heirs, successors, beneficiaries, devisees, legatees, executors, 7 administrators, trustees, conservators, guardians, assigns, and representatives, will forever 8 completely release and discharge the Released Parties from the Released Class Claims for the 9 Class Release Period.

  • Participating Class Members do not release any other claims, including claims for vested benefits, wrongful termination, violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, unemployment insurance, disability, social security, workers’ compensation, or claims based on facts occurring outside the Class Release Period.

  • Upon the Effective Date of this Settlement, Plaintiffs and each Participating Class 16 Member, for themselves and for their respective spouses, domestic partners, marital community, 17 children, estates, trusts, attorneys, heirs, successors, beneficiaries, devisees, legatees, executors, 18 administrators, trustees, conservators, guardians, assigns, and representatives, will forever 19 completely release and discharge the Released Parties from the Released Class Claims for the 20 Class Release Period.
