Class Representative Enhancement means the amount that the Court authorizes to be paid to Plaintiffs, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, in addition to their Individual Settlement Amounts, in recognition of their efforts and risks in assisting with the prosecution of the Action and in exchange for their executing a general release.
