Class Representative Service Award means the amount that the Court authorizes
Class Representative Service Award means a payment, to be approved by the Court, to Plaintiffs in their capacity as class representatives to compensate them for their work on behalf of the Settlement Class, including participating in the Litigation, performing work in support of the Litigation, and undertaking the risks of Litigation.

More Definitions of Class Representative Service Award

Class Representative Service Award means the monetary award, sought by application and approved by the Court, which is payable to the Class Representative for her efforts and diligence in prosecuting this Action on behalf of the Settlement Class.
Class Representative Service Award means any award sought by application and approved by the Court that is payable to Class Representatives, up to a maximum total amount of one-thousand-dollars and zero cents ($1,000.00) per Class Representative, payable in addition to the Settlement Amount, to compensate each Class Representative for their efforts in bringing the Action and achieving the benefits of this Settlement on behalf of the Settlement Class.
Class Representative Service Award or (“CRSA”) means the amount that the
Class Representative Service Award means any amount awarded by the Court to Plaintiff for her time and effort bringing the Action and serving as Class Representative.
