Class S-1 Interest. Class S-2(1) Interest," "Class S-2(2) Interest," "Class S-2(3) Interest," "Class S-2(4) Interest" and "Class S-3 Interest" means, respectively, a regular interest in the Subsidiary REMIC which is held as an asset of the Intermediate REMIC, is entitled to monthly distributions as provided in Section 8.07(b), and has the Original Principal Balance and bears interest at the Pass-Through Rate specified in Section 2.05(d).
