Class T Conversion Rate definition

Class T Conversion Rate means the fraction, the numerator of which is the Net Asset Value Per Unit for each Class T Unit and the denominator of which is the Net Asset Value Per Unit for each Class I Unit.
Class T Conversion Rate means the fraction, the numerator of which is the Class T NAV Per Share and the denominator of which is the Class I NAV Per Share.
Class T Conversion Rate means the fraction, the numerator of which is the NAV Per Unit for each Class T Unit and the denominator of which is the NAV Per Unit for each Class I Unit.
