Class TB-2 Interest definition

Class TB-2 Interest. A regular interest in REMIC B that is held as an asset of REMIC 1 and has a principal balance equal to the Class TA-2 Principal Amount and bears interest at a rate equal to the excess of (a) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate over (b) the Class A-IO Pass-Through Rate.
