Class Vehicles definition

Class Vehicles means Ford or Lincoln vehicles containing MyFord Touch or MyLincoln Touch systems that were sold or leased by an Authorized Ford Dealer before August 9, 2013 in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington.
Class Vehicles means all Navistar vehicles equipped with MaxxForce 11-, 13-, or 15-litre engines certified to comply with the 2010 EPA standards, without the use of selective catalytic reduction technology. The Class Vehicles are 2011-2014 model year vehicles.
Class Vehicles. “Class Vehicles” refer to all 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and certain 2019 model year Hyundai Sonata vehicles, all 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and certain 2019 model year Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicles, all 2014, 2015, 2018, and certain 2019 model year Hyundai Tucson vehicles, all 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and certain 2019 model year Kia Optima vehicles, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and certain 2019 model year Kia Sorento vehicles, and all 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and certain 2019 model year Kia Sportage vehicles, originally equipped with or replaced with a genuine Theta II 2.0 liter or 2.4 liter gasoline direct injection engine within OEM specifications, that were purchased or leased in the United States, excluding the territories, and including those that may have been purchased while the owner was abroad on active U.S. military duty. For 2019 model year vehicles listed above, the Class shall include those vehicles that were manufactured before the Knock Sensor Detection System technology described in this agreement was incorporated into their production.

Examples of Class Vehicles in a sentence

  • Former owners of Class Vehicles who had two (2) or more replacements or repairs to the transmission assembly or ATCU during their ownership experience (as reflected by NNA warranty records) are eligible for a Voucher in the amount of $1,000 for either a purchase or lease of a single new Nissan or Infiniti vehicle.

  • Nissan will extend the terms of the Nissan New Vehicle Limited Warranty for the transmission assembly (including the valve body and torque converter) and Automatic Transmission Control Unit (“ATCU”) in all Class Vehicles by twenty-four (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles, whichever occurs first (the “Warranty Extension”).

  • No single Class Member is entitled to more than five (5) Vouchers regardless of the total number of Class Vehicles purchased by that Class Member.

  • NNA agrees to extend the time and mileage durational limits for powertrain coverage under the applicable New Vehicle Limited Warranty for Class Vehicles to the extent it applies to the transmission assembly (including the valve body and torque converter) and ATCU by twenty-four (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles, whichever occurs first.
