  • In addition, with respect to each such Series, the Class I Shares, Class II Shares, Class III Shares, Class IV Shares, Class V Shares, Class VI Shares, Class VII Shares and Class VIII Shares which each such Series may issue from time to time, shall be, and are hereby, established and designated, which Classes shall have the respective rights and preferences as are set forth in Exhibit 3.6 attached hereto as it may be amended from time to time by the Board of Trustees.

  • Eligibility for Class IV, Class V and Class VI Shares is dependent upon the client meeting either (i) a minimum "Total Fund Investment" requirement which includes only a client's total investment in the particular Fund, or (ii) a minimum "Total Investment" requirement (calculated as described above for Class I, II and III shares).

  • Class I Shares means Class I Shares in the Company as set forth in the relevant

  • Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
