Clean Water Fund definition

Clean Water Fund means the fund created under section 22a-477, as amended by this act.
Clean Water Fund means the water pollution control revolving loan fund originally established pursuant to Section 48‑6‑20 and comprising monies derived from capitalization grants pursuant to the Clean Water Act and associated state match money, as well as repayments of all principal and interest on loans made from the clean water fund, investment earnings, and any other money committed to the clean water fund.
Clean Water Fund means the Maryland Clean Water Fund, created pursuant to Md. Code Ann., Environment §9-320.

Clean Water Fund means the State’s Clean Water Fund established by Section 22a-477 of the State Act, which currently includes the following accounts: (A) a water pollution control federal revolving loan account, (B) a water pollution control state account, (C) a Long Island Sound clean-up account, (D) a drinking water federal revolving loan account, (E) a drinking water state account, and (F) a river restoration account.
