Cleansing Document definition

Cleansing Document has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1(a)(ix).
Cleansing Document shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(a).
Cleansing Document means either (i) a ‘cleansing statement’ prepared and lodged in accordance with section 708(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; or (ii) a ‘cleansing prospectus’ prepared and lodged in accordance with section 708(11) of the Corporations Act.

  • Bidding Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bidder in accordance with the provisions of the IB Code and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof;

  • Credit Document means any of this Agreement, the Revolving Loan Notes, if any, the Collateral Documents, the Asset Purchase Agreement, any Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Backup Servicing Agreement, the Custodial Agreement and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by Company or Holdings for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;
