Clear wood coating means a clear and semi-transparent coating, including lacquers and varnishes, applied to a wood substrate, to provide a transparent or translucent solid film.
Clear coating means a transparent coating designed to provide the final gloss and resistance properties of the coating system;
Appliances means and include electrical, mechanical and electronic appliances such as refrigerator, television, DVD player, videocassette recorder/player, washing machine, microwave oven, music system, personal computer, laptops and air-conditioner contained or fixed in the Insured’s home for domestic use.
Specialty coating means a coating that, even though the coating meets the definition of a primer, topcoat, or self-priming topcoat, has additional performance criteria beyond those of primers, topcoats, and self-priming topcoats for specific applications. These performance criteria may include, but are not limited to, temperature or fire resistance, substrate compatibility, antireflection, temporary protection or marking, sealing, adhesively joining substrates, or enhanced corrosion protection. A listing of specialty coatings is found in paragraph (D)(1)(b) of rule 3745-21-19 of the Administrative Code.
Roll coating means the application of a coating material to a substrate by means of hard rubber or steel rolls.
Floor coating means an opaque coating that is labeled and designed for application to flooring, including but not limited to, decks, porches, steps, and other horizontal surfaces which may be subject to foot traffic.
Coating means a material applied onto or impregnated into a substrate for protective, decorative, or functional purposes. Such materials include, but are not limited to, paints, varnishes, sealers, and stains.
Furniture coating means any paint designed for application to room furnishings including, but not limited to, cabinets (kitchen, bath and vanity), tables, chairs, beds, and sofas.
Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.
Flow coating means a coating labeled and formulated exclusively for use by electric power companies or their subcontractors to maintain the protective coating systems present on utility transformer units.
Waterbody means any accumulation of water, surface or underground, natural or artificial, including rivers, streams, creeks, ditches, swales, lakes, ponds, marshes, wetlands, and ground water. The term does not include any storage or treatment structures.
Semitrailer means every vehicle of the trailer type so designed and used in conjunction with a
Pretreatment coating means a coating which contains no more than 12% solids by weight, and at least 0.5% acid by weight, is used to provide surface etching, and is applied directly to metal surfaces to provide corrosion resistance, adhesion, and ease of stripping.
Flowgate means a representative modeling of facilities or groups of facilities that may act as potential constraint points.
Tire means a continuous solid or pneumatic rubber covering encircling the wheel of a tractor or other farm machinery or of a vehicle.
Low-solids coating means a coating containing 0.12 kilogram or less of solids per liter (one pound or less of solids per gallon) of coating material.
Air dried coating means a coating that is dried by the use of air or forced warm air at temperatures up to 1940F (900C).

Motor home means every private motor vehicle with a normal seating capacity of not more than 10
Recyclable means material that can be sorted, cleansed, and reconstituted using the City’s available recycling collection programs for the purpose of using the altered form in the manufacture of a new product. Recycling does not include burning, incinerating, converting, or otherwise thermally destroying solid waste.
Cheating means intentionally misrepresenting the source, nature, or other conditions of academic work so as to accrue undeserved credit, or to cooperate with someone else in such misrepresentation. Such misrepresentations may, but need not necessarily, involve the work of others. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:
Oxides of nitrogen means the sum of the volume mixing ratio (ppbv) of nitrogen monoxide (nitric oxide) and nitrogen dioxide expressed in units of mass concentration of nitrogen dioxide (μg/m3);
Topcoat means a coating that is applied over a primer on an aerospace vehicle or component for appearance, identification, camouflage, or protection. Topcoats that are defined as specialty coatings are not included under this definition.
Glass cleaner means a cleaning product designed primarily for cleaning surfaces made of glass. Glass cleaner does not include products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning optical materials used in eyeglasses, photographic equipment, scientific equipment and photocopying machines.
Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.
Gas appliance means any device that uses natural gas to produce light, heat, power, steam, hot water, refrigeration, or air conditioning.
