Clearance Officer definition

Clearance Officer means the Company Secretary or, • in the case where the Company Secretary wishes to deal in Tassal Securities in accordance with this Policy, the Chairman of the Board; or • if neither are available, another Director or officer of Tassal as nominated for the purpose of providing clearance to deal in Tassal securities.
