Clearing Agencies definition

Clearing Agencies has the meaning given to it in Schedule 1 to the Base Indenture.
Clearing Agencies means DTC, Euroclear and Clearstream.

Examples of Clearing Agencies in a sentence

  • Each such duly approved Foreign Subcustodian and the countries where and the Securities Depositories and Clearing Agencies through which they may hold Securities and other Assets of the Fund(s) shall be listed on Appendix A attached hereto, as it may be amended, from time to time.

  • Unless and until Definitive Notes are issued pursuant to Section 2.18, the applicable Clearing Agencies will make book-entry transfers among their related Clearing Agency Participants and receive and transmit payments of principal and interest on the Notes to such Clearing Agency Participants.

  • If the Reset Rate Notes are held in book-entry form, 100% of the Outstanding Amount of such Reset Rate Notes will be paid by the Remarketing Agents in accordance with the standard procedures of the applicable Clearing Agencies.

  • Whenever notice or other communication to the Holders is required under this Agreement, unless and until Definitive Certificates shall have been issued to Certificate Book-Entry Holders pursuant to Section 5.13, the Trustee shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to the Investor Certificateholders to the Clearing Agencies.

  • Clearing Agency means an organization registered as a “clearing agency” pursuant to Section 17A of the Exchange Act.
