Clearing Rules definition

Clearing Rules means, as the case may be, (a) the general rules, operational procedures and other applicable rules, procedures and regulations of HK-DCASS from time to time in force; and/or (b) the rules, procedures and regulations of the relevant Foreign Clearing System, from time to time in force;

Clearing Rules means SGX-DC Clearing Rules as amended or supplemented from time to time;

Clearing Rules means the rules set out in this Clearing Rule Book, including all Regulations hereto, as may be amended from time to time;

• The rules and procedures for clearing and settlement that are not specifically covered in these Specifications shall be governed by the Clearing Rules.

More Definitions of Clearing Rules

Clearing Rules means the clearing rules of OTC Clear as from time to time in effect and shall include the Clearing Procedures.
