Clerical staff definition

Clerical staff means those staff employed in any of the following classifications:
Clerical staff means those employees in Category 'B' and Category 'C' services as defined in the West Bengal Municipal Employees' (Classification, Control, Appeal & Conduct) Rules, 2008, and posts whose duties are entirely clerical in nature and includes any other class of employees specially defined as such by order of the State Government;

  • Clerical staff shall not be required to supervise students that enter the office disruptive or become disruptive in the office.

  • Clerical staff may sign up for flexible scheduling, thereby, voluntarily agreeing to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day, but within the forty (40) hour work week.

  • Clerical staff directed to perform duties in handling an emergency situation or weather related events shall receive one and one-half times (1.5) their normal rate of pay for the hours worked.

  • Clerical staff members employed less than fifty-two (52) weeks may request consideration for summer employment by submitting a letter to the Director of Human Resources.

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;

  • Clinical staff means persons who work in a hospital whose duties include the personal care or medical treatment of patients. “Clinical staff” includes, but is not limited to, credentialed physicians, physicians’ assistants, nurses, nursing aides, medical technicians, therapists, and other individuals involved in the personal care or medical treatment of patients.

  • MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.

  • Dental Staff means the Dentists who have been appointed by the Board to the Dental Staff;
