CLINICAL WORK definition

CLINICAL WORK means any work related to human trials to assess the dosing, safety and efficacy of a Product and to assess a dose and treatment plan employing such Product(s).
CLINICAL WORK means any work related to human trials to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of a Product and/or to assess a dose and treatment plan employing such Product, including, but not limited to, Phase III Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials (in the event such Phase IV Clinical Trials are required by the FDA).
CLINICAL WORK means any work related to human trials to assess the ------------- dosing, safety and/or efficacy of Licensed Products and/or to assess a dose and treatment plan employing such Licensed Products, including, but not limited to, Phase III and Phase IV Clinical Trials (in the event such Phase IV Clinical Trials are required by the FDA).

Related to CLINICAL WORK

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;
