Close Proximity Sensor means a device consisting of a sensor system that detects objects in a vehicle's blind spot and alerts the driver via in-cab visual and/or audio stimuli and which alerts other road users to the planned movement of the vehicle when the vehicle's indicators are engaged;

  • Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:

  • footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;

  • Combined sewer system means a system for conveying both sanitary sewage and storm water runoff.

  • Life-sustaining treatment means treatment that, based on reasonable medical judgment, sustains the life of a patient and without which the patient will die.
