Closed Session Meeting definition

Closed Session Meeting means a Meeting or a portion of a Meeting that is closed to the public pursuant the relevant provisions of the Act.
Closed Session Meeting means a meeting, or portion thereof, closed to the public in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and Section 2.21 of this By-Law.
Closed Session Meeting means a meeting or part of a meeting not open to the public in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended.

More Definitions of Closed Session Meeting

Closed Session Meeting means that part of a meeting that is closed to the public in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act, other than those persons specifically invited to remain and may also be referred to as “In Camera.”
