Closing Date Real Property definition

Closing Date Real Property means all of the Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.01A.

Closing Date Real Property means the Pipeline Systems, the Processing Plants and any Real Property owned by the Borrower or any other Loan Party on the Closing Date other than any leasehold interests.
