Closing Transaction definition

Closing Transaction is a transaction in which Customer purchases securities which have been sold short.
Closing Transaction shall have the meaning specified in paragraph (a)(i)(A) of Section 13 of Part I of Article X of these Bylaws.

Closing Transaction means, the closing of a position in a Contract;
