Examples of Exchange Transaction in a sentence
Any Foreign Exchange Transaction entered into hereunder shall be confirmed by the written confirmation (the "Confirmation") exchanged between the Customer and the Bank by mail, telex, facsimile or other electronic means on or before 2nd business day from the date of such Foreign Exchange Transaction.
The Customer shall strictly comply with the Foreign Exchange Transaction Law, the Enforcement Decree of the same Law and the Foreign Exchange Transaction Regulations, and any other relevant laws and regulations with respect to any and all individual Foreign Exchange Transactions under this Agreement.
The Customer agrees to deliver on the delivery date the amount of currencies as agreed in an individual Foreign Exchange Transaction.
A binding individual Foreign Exchange Transaction under this Agreement shall be deemed to have been formed when the Bank receives and accepts the application for an individual Foreign Exchange Transaction submitted by the Customer to the Bank orally, or by telephone, facsimile or telex.
The Bank agrees to issue promptly the Confirmation memorializing the individual Foreign Exchange Transaction to the Customer by using one of the following means: fax, registered mail, email, or any other electronic means as agreed with the Customer.
