Examples of Cloud Partner in a sentence

  • In consideration of the delivery of SAP Business One Cloud, Partner will pay to SAP the fee for SAP Business One Cloud ordered for any End User as set out in the corresponding Order Form.

  • During the Initial Term or any Renewal Term of SAP Business One Cloud, Partner is not entitled to reduce the Usage Metric set forth in an Order Form as originally executed, as increased as set out in Article 5.1 (Increasing Usage Metric) or as increased due to overuse as set out in Article 5.3 (Overuse of Usage Metric) or claim any reduction of the fees payable for a Cloud Service.

  • If you purchase a Partner Solution, the privacy policy set forth in the applicable Cloud Partner terms will apply.

  • As between you and Dell or you and the Cloud Partner, you are responsible for providing, updating, uploading and maintaining any Customer-provided software and paying all fees associated therewith, including any software license and maintenance fees.

  • If the Third-Party Product or Cloud Partner services are no longer made available by the applicable provider, we may stop providing the related Solution feature and you will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation.

  • It is Customer’s responsibility to obtain, at its own expense, all licenses, consents and approvals required to grant to Dell (or Dell’s Cloud Partner) the rights and licenses in this Agreement.

  • You understand and agree that neither Dell nor the Cloud Partners have control over the content of the data processed and that Dell (or the Cloud Partner, as applicable) performs the Services on your behalf.

  • Customer grants to Dell or Dell’s Cloud Partner, as applicable, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, reproduce, modify, perform, display and distribute Customer and End User data as is reasonable or necessary for Dell or Cloud Partner to perform or provide the Solution.

  • If the Third Party Product or Cloud Partner services are no longer made available by the applicable provider, we may stop providing the related Solution feature and you will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation.

  • For Customers purchasing a Partner Solution the retention and deletion of Customer data will also be governed by the applicable Cloud Partner Terms.

Related to Cloud Partner

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Selling Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.

  • General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.

  • Co-licensed partner means a person who, with at least one other person, has the right to engage in

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • Trading Partner means any external computer interoperating with a Licensed Component through one or more protocols, one or more networks, or one or more adapters;

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • General partnership means an organization formed by two or more persons under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.

  • Operating Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • Former Partner means (i) with respect to a Partner that is a trust, a Partner that has ceased to be a Qualified Trust, and has become a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.78; (ii) with respect to a Partner that is an Entity, a Partner that has ceased to be a Qualified Entity, and has become a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.18; (iii) a Partner that has become a Bankrupt Partner and a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.7; (iv) a Partner that has become a Pledgor Partner and a Former Partner, pursuant to the terms of Section 1.74; and (v) a Partner that ceases to be a Participating Stockholder with respect to the Class B Shares of each Company in which the Partnership owns Class B Shares.

  • Exchanging Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Alliance Partner means "Flatworld Trading Pvt Ltd ", who has entered into an alliance agreement with Axis Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.
