Clover Service definition

Clover Service means the website associated with the Clover Service, the object code version of Clover software applications (whether owned or licensed by Clover) resident on a Device at the time we provide you with the Device and the object code version of the software that enables the applications resident on a Device at the time of provisioning, and any related updates (including software maintenance or bug fixes) that are designed to assist with the management of your business and enable payment processing at the point of sale, and any materials, documentation and derivative works released by Processor from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term software in the preceding sentence does not include any software that may be obtained by you separately from the Clover Service (e.g., any applications downloaded by you through an application marketplace). The Clover Service is deemed part of the “Services,” as defined in and provided under the Agreement.

Clover Service means the services provided by Processor under this Agreement that enable the capture, management, and transmission of information for payments processing through your use of the Clover System. The Clover Service is deemed part of the “Services,” as defined in and provided under the Agreement.

Examples of Clover Service in a sentence

  • If you decide to use Third Party Services, you will be responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions associated with Third Party Services (including obtaining and maintaining any required third party hardware and/or software that is required for the Third Party Services to work with the Clover Service).

  • If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to terminate your Clover Service account (“Account”) and refuse any and all current or future use of the Clover Service.

  • We reserve the right to deny you access to the Clover Service, in whole or in part, if we believe that any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any Account Data or access information has occurred.

  • If you elect to use the Clover Service, the following additional terms and conditions of this Section 41 shall apply.The Clover Service is provided to you by Processor and not Bank.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality and appropriateness of all information and data regarding your business that you provide to us or our service providers in connection with the Clover Service.

  • You must immediately notify us if you become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any Account Data (see Clover Service support center contact information below).

  • Your use of the Clover Service may be subject to: (a) the terms of your agreements with your Internet/data provider; and (b) the availability or uptime of the services provided by your Internet/data provider.

  • However, you assume all risk, responsibility and liability associated with any transaction that you choose to conduct while the Clover Service is used offline.

  • We may require you to register and create a “Member” or “Merchant” account to use the Clover Service.

Clover Service means the hardware, software and services delivered through the Device that are designed to assist Customer with the management of Customer’s business and enable payment processing at the point of service or sale, including: (a) the website through which the Clover Service is provided to Customer by Processor, (b) the Clover Apps,

Clover Service means (i) the website associated with the Clover Service, if any, but not any website associated with an application marketplace accessible via the Clover Service; (ii) the object code version of the software applications resident on a Device at the time BAMS provides CUSTOMER with the Device or “pushed” to CUSTOMER’s Device by BAMS, but excluding any such software applications developed by the BANK; (iii) the object code version of the software that enables such applications listed in (ii) above; (iv) PAN Data Protection; (v) BAMS-provided internet-based services, and (vi) any related updates (including software maintenance or bug fixes), materials, documentation and derivative works released by BAMS from time to time, all of which are designed to assist with the management of CUSTOMER’s business and to facilitate the provision of certain Services (e.g., payment processing) under the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the term software in the preceding sentence does not include any software that may be obtained by CUSTOMER separately from the Clover Service (e.g., any applications downloaded by CUSTOMER through an application marketplace). Related to Clover Service

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Water Service means the procurement, treatment, and distribution of water for domestic use or any other purpose for which water can be used.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

  • Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”).
