CLS Payment Instruction Value Forward Day definition

CLS Payment Instruction Value Forward Day means an instruction input by a CLS Participant or CLS Bank as the case may be, to the Clearing House Computer for the effecting of a CLS Payment Instruction for value through CHATS as of the Supported Forward Day referred to in the payment instruction.

  • Settlement Amount means, with respect to a party and any Early Termination Date, the sum of: --

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
