Quotation Amount definition

Quotation Amount means the amount specified as such in the relevant Pricing Supplement (which may be specified by reference to an amount in a currency or by reference to Representative Amount) or, if no amount is so specified, the relevant aggregate outstanding nominal amount of the Securities (or, in either case, its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency converted by the Calculation Agent in a commercially reasonable manner by reference to exchange rates in effect at the time that the relevant Quotation is being obtained);
Quotation Amount means, with respect to any Reference Obligation relating to any Transaction, the lesser of (a) the related Reference Amount and (b) USD3,000,000.

  • If a single Full Quotation is also not available, then the weighted average of any firm quotations with respect to the aggregate portion of the Quotation Amount for which such quotations were obtained and a quotation deemed to be zero for the balance of the Quotation Amount for which firm quotations were not obtained will be used on the Valuation Date to determine the Final Price.

  • Quotation Method: Bid Quotation Amount: Defaulted Notional Amount Minimum Quotation Amount:EUR 1,000,000 or the equivalent in the relevant currency.

Quotation Amount means the EUR amount stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Inside Market Bid, Inside Market Offer or Physical Settlement Request in a Participating Bidder's Submission, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of EUR1,000,000.
Quotation Amount means the US$ amount stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Inside Market Bid, Inside Market Offer or Physical Settlement Request in a Participating Bidder’s Submission, which amount will be (i) for any Limit Bid or Limit Offer, US$2,000,000 or an integral multiple of US$1,000,000 above such amount, (ii) for any Inside Market Bid or Inside Market Offer, equal to the Inside Market Quotation Amount and(iii) for any Physical Settlement Request, US$2,000,000 or an integral multiple of US$1,000,000 above such amount.
Quotation Amount means an amount selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, subject to a minimum of the Minimum Quotation Amount and a maximum of the Maximum Quotation Amount.
Quotation Amount means any amount not greater than the then aggregate outstanding notional amount of the Securities, as selected in the sole discretion of the Calculation Agent.

Quotation Amount means, in respect of a Valuation Obligation comprised in the Valuation Portfolio, an amount in the Obligation Currency selected by the Determination Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, such amount not exceeding the Valuation Obligation Notional Amount.
Quotation Amount means the Credit Event Reduction Amount in respect of the relevant Ref- erence Entity (or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency converted by the Calculation Agent in a commercially reasonable manner by reference to exchange rates in effect at the time that the relevant Quotation is being obtained).
