Club Operator definition

Club Operator. As defined in the Loan Agreement.
Club Operator means the person legally responsible for providing club services to members and for performing all other obligations pursuant to the destination club membership agreement, including any refund of the membership deposit. Club operator shall include any affiliate operations or third parties that offer for sale destination club memberships.
Club Operator means the person responsible for managing the renewal and distribution of Authorization to Transport Permits for restricted firearms for Members requiring same.

  • In addition to the General Requirements set forth in Section 2 hereof, each Aircraft Rental/Flying Club Operator at the Airport shall comply with the following Minimum Standards.

  • No failure of Unit Owner or the Club Operator to exercise any right or power under this Covenant or to insist upon strict compliance with this Covenant and no custom or practice at variance with the terms of this Covenant shall constitute a waiver of the right thereafter to demand exact compliance with the terms of this Covenant.

  • Club Operator shall have the exclusive authority to adopt and amend rules and policies governing use of and conduct on the Club Facilities, including policies regarding tee time allocation, reservations, and guest privileges.

  • Nothing herein shall obligate Club Operator or the Club Owner to offer or maintain food and beverage service nor shall anything herein dictate the level of service or hours of operation of any food and beverage service provided.

Club Operator means Prescott Lakes Club Management.
Club Operator means the entity operating the Club, from time to time. Club Owner and/or the Association may be the Club Operator as provided in this Club Declaration. As of the date hereof, the Club Operator is Verandah Development LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
