Club Seat definition

Club Seat means the seat (or seats) in the Club Area to which these Terms and Conditions relate.

Club Seat or "Club Seat(s)" means the seats located on the club level or the field level of the Ballpark that offer the amenities described in Exhibit A hereto to the patrons of such seats.

Examples of Club Seat in a sentence

  • Any amounts received by JSD from any re-licensing of the Seats during the scheduled term of this Club Seat Agreement shall not reduce Licensee’s obligations under the preceding sentence unless and until all other club seats in the Stadium have been licensed for all Jets home games.

  • Licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of any person to whom Licensee directly or indirectly gives or otherwise transfers tickets acquired pursuant to this Club Seat Agreement.

  • The Conformation is fully incorporated into, and forms a part of, this Club Seat Agreement.

  • Licensee shall cause each holder of a Club Seat Ticket and Loge Seat Ticket for UNLV Events to agree to comply with Licensor Regulations applicable to the use of Club Seats and Loge Seats.

  • JSD has not made, and Licensee acknowledges that it has not relied on, any representations about the terms of this Club Seat Agreement, except as expressly set forth in this Club Seat Agreement.

  • No waiver by JSD of any default or breach by Licensee of its obligations under this Club Seat Agreement shall be construed as a waiver or release of any other default or breach or subsequent default or breach by Licensee under this Club Seat Agreement, and no failure or delay by JSD in the exercise of any right or remedy provided for in this Club Seat Agreement shall be constitute a forfeiture or waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy available to JSD.

  • No waiver by JSD of any default or breach by Licensee of its obligations under this PSL Agreement shall be construed to be a waiver or release of any subsequent or other default or breach by Licensee under this PSL Agreement or of any default or breach by Licensee under the Club Seat Agreement, and no failure or delay by JSD in the exercise of any right or remedy provided for in this PSL Agreement shall be construed as a forfeiture or waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy available to JSD.

  • Licensee shall not permit the use of the Seats in violation of this Club Seat Agreement, create any nuisance, or take any action which either diminishes insurance coverage for the Stadium or increases the premium payable for such insurance.

  • No amendment or modification to this Club Seat Agreement shall be effective unless the amendment or modification is in writing and signed by both JSD and Licensee.

  • Any amounts JSD receives from such relicensing shall not reduce Licensee’s obligations under this Club Seat Agreement (except as specifically set forth in Section 9(b) below) or the PSL Agreement, or entitle Licensee to reimbursement or recovery of any amounts paid under this Club Seat Agreement or the PSL Agreement.

  • Truck camper means a nonself-propelled recreational vehicle that does not have wheels for road use and is designed to be placed upon and attached to a motor vehicle. "Truck camper" does not include truck covers that consist of walls and a roof, but do not have floors and facilities enabling them to be used as a dwelling.

  • Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • Lot, Corner means a lot abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection.

  • Boat means any device capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.

  • Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

  • Chauffeur means every person employed for the principal purpose of driving a motor vehicle and

  • Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.

  • taxiway means a defined path on a land aerodrome established for the taxiing of aircraft and intended to provide a link between one part of the aerodrome and another, including:

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

However, the word "crane," as herein defined, shall not be construed to mean any truck or other vehicle equipped with or to which has been affixed any device used for the purpose of providing a means for towing other vehicles.
