CM Trading definition

CM Trading means the Platform Provider ;
CM Trading in South Africa means Global Capital Markets Trading South Africa Proprietary Limited (GCMT SA), trading as CM Trading, registration number 2013/045335/07, a company incorporated under the laws of South Africa and appointed as a juristic representative of Blackstone Marketing Proprietary Limited, registration number 2009/002519/23, an authorised financial services provider with FSP Number 38782 rendering intermediary services and whose details are more fully set out in Schedule 1;
CM Trading outside of South Africa means Global Capital Markets Trading Limited (GCMT), trading as CM Trading, registration number 104785, a company incorporated under the laws of the Seychelles

  • CM Trading may charge for incidental banking-related fees such as wire charges for deposits/withdrawals and returned cheque fees.

  • CM Trading does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such information, and will not be held liable if any such data or information is inaccurate or incomplete in any respect, and neither CM Trading, nor any third party providers, are responsible or liable for any actions you take or do not take based on such data or information.

  • Should you receive a contract note or trade confirmation for a trade or executed order allegedly not transacted by or for you, CM Trading must be notified immediately.

  • You will protect the confidentiality of CM Trading and/or its third party service providers by allowing access to the Trading Systems only by its employees and agents on a need to access basis.

  • We may send you confirmations and Account statements electronically or provide you with online access to confirmations and Account statements stored on your CM Trading website Account.

  • CM Trading and its Affiliates accept no obligation with respect to, nor assume any responsibility for, the performance of any application, product or service provided by an Expert Advisor or third party hosting or trading application provider which applications, products or services you shall use at your own risk.

  • The manner in which you may place instructions or communicate Orders and any conditions that may apply are set out in the CM Trading‘s Trading Handbook on the CM Trading website.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing CM Trading may from time to time and in its sole discretion call upon and request that you deposit additional Margin or Collateral to secure your obligations to CM Trading.

Related to CM Trading

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • Free Trading means that (a) the Exchange Shares have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.

  • Abusive Trading means the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of Appendix.

  • Margin Trading means Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having less funds on the Client Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Insider Trading means the use of Material Non-Public Information to trade in a Security (whether or not one is an Access Person) or the communication of Material Non-Public Information to others. Insider Trading generally includes:

  • Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.

  • Late Trading means the illegal practice of pricing a purchase or redemption order for shares of an open-end Fund with the current day share price even though the order is received after the pricing time established in the Fund’s prospectus. Late trading often involves a coordinated effort by the investor and a broker or service provider for the Fund.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • Close of Trading means the Scheduled Closing Time of the Relevant Stock Exchange with respect to the Fund or any Successor Fund; and

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • First Trading Date means 15 November 2022.

  • algorithmic trading means trading in financial instruments where a computer algorithm automatically determines individual parameters of orders such as whether to initiate the order, the timing, price or quantity of the order or how to manage the order after its submission, with limited or no human intervention. This definition does not include any system that is only used for the purpose of routing orders to one or more trading venues or for the confirmation of orders;

  • Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).

  • Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.

  • published market means, for a class of securities, a marketplace on which the securities are traded, if the prices at which they have been traded on that marketplace are regularly

  • Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.

  • Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.

  • organised trading facility or ‘OTF’ means a multilateral system which is not a regulated market or an MTF and in which multiple third-party buying and selling interests in bonds, structured finance products, emission allowances or derivatives are able to interact in the system in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;

  • Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

  • Day-Ahead Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.
