CMS Services definition

CMS Services means services related to the provision of a CMS Package provided by the Contractor to the Client. CMS Services shall not include Maintenance Services or Systems Administration Services.
CMS Services means Corpay Singapore’s provision of dealing in over-the-counter derivatives products, including Forward Contracts and Option Contracts, whether as part of its hedging services or otherwise, and such other Services provided by Corpay Singapore under its capital markets services licence under the SFA.

  • Corpay Singapore provides both PSA Services and CMS Services which are regulated under and subject to the PSA and SFA regulatory regimes respectively.

  • Corpay Singapore reserves the right to deduct interest, any fees charged, and costs incurred pursuant to this Agreement, from Initial and Variation Margins that Corpay Singapore may hold for Client in respect of its CMS Services.

  • The Railroad and its designated representative shall have the right to furnish all such CMS Services shown in the Railroad force account estimate, attached hereto and to be identified as Exhibit D.

  • The parties hereto acknowledge that in connection with Borrower's Acquisition of CMS Services, Inc.

  • Accenture will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer sufficiently in advance of any planned changes to the CMP Services or to the CMS Services that have a direct impact on Customer’s access to or use of the relevant service.

Related to CMS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
