CNB Common Stock definition

CNB Common Stock means the common shares, par value $2.50 per share, of CNB.
CNB Common Stock means the shares of common stock, $1.25 par value, of CNB.
CNB Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.1.
