Section 4.3.1 Sample Clauses

Section 4.3.1. If the Participant is currently a resident or is likely to become a resident in the United Kingdom at any time during the period that the Shares are subject to restriction, as determined by the Company, when requested and as directed by the Company, the Participant agrees to enter into a Joint Election with the Company under Section 431 of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act of 2003 (“ITEPA”) for full or partial disapplication of Chapter 2 ITEPA under the laws of the United Kingdom. The election must be signed and dated by the Participant and returned to the Company within 14-days of each grant of Shares.
Section 4.3.1At the time of hire, the name, position, hire date and rate of pay will be provided to the 32 Association President with respect to each newly hired employee. For each new hire through 33 the school year, the above information shall be provided to the Association President within ten 34 (10) days of hire.
Section 4.3.1. 34 A record of time devoted to Association business may be required by the District 35 administration and submitted through regular payroll report channels.
Section 4.3.1. An integral part of each employee’s tenure with the District is an understanding of this 14 Agreement and the role of the Association in the employment setting. As such, each new 15 employee, as part of their orientation, shall be offered the opportunity to attend a thirty (30) 16 minute session where they will receive an overview of the Association and the contract with no 17 District Administration present. The parties agree that it is highly beneficial for all bargaining 18 unit employees to receive a comprehensive new employee orientation as soon as possible, of 19 which shall occur no later than one (1) month after the employee is hired. 21 The Association orientation session will be conducted by a representative designated by the 22 Association and if at all possible, to be scheduled once a month if needed. The Association will 23 provide the District with copies of all materials which will be distributed during the session.
Section 4.3.1In the event that a District employee is elected to state or zone positions in the Union, the 28 labor/management committee will meet to determine the additional hours above those provided 29 in Section 4.3. that may be necessary to fulfill position requirements.
Section 4.3.1. The provisions of this Compact, as amended, may be further amended by mutual agreement of the Government of the United States and the Government of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands, in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.

A 19 seniority list will be provided by November 1 of each year. The President of the Association is 20 to receive an electronic copy of Xxxxxx School Board minutes.
