Coal Supply Agreements definition

Coal Supply Agreements means all agreements entered into by the Joint Venture Companies for the supply of coal to the Project.

Coal Supply Agreements means those contracts now in effect or hereafter entered into by any Company for the sale, purchase, exchange, processing or handling of Coal with an initial term of more than one year.

More Definitions of Coal Supply Agreements

Coal Supply Agreements means the agreements between the Coal Suppliers and the Concessionaire for the long term supply of Coal to be used by the Plant as approved by the Government in accordance with this Agreement and as may be amended in accordance with its terms by the parties thereto, subject to the approval of the Government;
