Coastal Services definition

Coastal Services means the banking services provided by Coastal to Aspiration and Aspiration on behalf of Aspiration’s Customers with respect to the Aspiration Account Program under this Agreement. Coastal Services shall include, but are not limited to, serving as the issuing bank with respect to the Debit Cards; facilitating transfers and withdrawals from Aspiration Customer Accounts via direct ACH, debit and check; and custodying funds for the benefit of Aspiration’s Customers in a Sweep Destination Account.
