The Cards. Each Card is at all times property of the Bank, is not transferable and must be surrendered immediately to the Bank upon the Bank’s request.

The Cards. 3.1 This Card is property of the Bank. This Card is not transferable and must be surrendered immediately upon the Bank's request. 3.2 The Person to whom a Physical Card is issued must sign on the back of the Physical Card immediately upon receipt. 3.3 A Cardholder shall confirm receipt of a Digital Card by means prescribed by the Bank from time to time before effecting a Digital Card Transaction. The Cardholder shall be fully responsible for any failure or delay in so doing.
The Cards. 3.1 This Card is not transferable and must be surrendered to ICBC (Asia) immediately upon any Bank's request. 3.2 ICBC (Asia) is entering into this Agreement for itself with respect to the Hong Kong Dollar Card Account and ICBC is entering into this Agreement for itself with respect to the Renminbi Card Account.
The Cards. 3.1 All Cardmembers shall sign their Cards immediately upon receipt and before using them. 3.2 Each Card is at all times property of the Bank, is not transferable, may not be copied or reproduced and must be surrendered immediately upon the Bank’s request.
The Cards. The CPB ATM card and debit card (referred to collectively hereafter as “Card”) are issued by the Bank, at our discretion, for the account owner’s exclusive use. You can designate checking account(s) and savings account(s) for use with your Card (“Designated Account(s)”). The Designated Account(s) are subject to separate terms and conditions set forth in agreements governing those accounts. A savings account cannot be designated to a debit card unless the debit card has a designated checking account. You understand and agree that a Card will be issued to you and can only be issued to authorized signers of your CPB Designated Account(s). We will mail your Card to the postal address we have on file for you, or issue your Card at a CPB branch. You can select your own PIN by calling 0- 000-000-0000 or from the outside of the U.S., 000-000-0000, or at a CPB branch or CPB ATM.
The Cards. 3.1 We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, issue a Card to you and, if you ask, to each Supplementary Cardmember. You must be at least 21 years old to be a Principal Cardmember. 3.2 After we have approved your Card application, the Card will be made available to you in electronic format (including being made available in our App and/or sent to your email address in our latest records). In addition, we may send a physical form of the Card to your mailing address in our records at your request. We reserve the right to charge a fee as set out in our Interest, Fees and Charges Table (“Fee Table”) in respect of Card issuance in any physical form. 3.3 Upon receipt of your Card, you must comply with such card activation, security and other procedures as may be prescribed by us and upon receipt of your Card in physical form, you must sign such Card immediately. 3.4 You may use your Card for making authorised purchases. No other person is allowed to use the Card to make any transactions. 3.5 The Card remains our property at all times. We may at our absolute discretion request for the Card to be returned at any time, whereupon you shall cut any physical Card in half so that the magnetic strip and hologram are no longer intact and return the Card immediately to us (if the Card has been issued in physical form), cease all use of the Card and any corresponding Provisioned Virtual Card and remove any corresponding Provisioned Virtual Card from your Digital Wallets.

The Cards. 3.1 Each Card is at all times property of the Bank, is not transferable and must be surrendered immediately upon the Bank's request. 3.2 Each Cardmember agrees as follows: (a) that once the Cardmember’s application for a Card is approved, the Bank may send the Cardmember a Card by ordinary post at the Cardmember’s sole risk, or be collected personally at the Cardmember’s option. The Bank is not liable to the Cardmember for any loss or damage which the Cardmember may suffer if the Cardmember fails to receive the Card; (b) that the Cardmember should sign on the Card immediately upon receipt of the Card and before the Cardmember uses it by signing on or using the Card, the Cardmember agrees to have accepted and shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (c) to only use the Card within the validity dates as shown on its face; (d) that the Card be used solely by the Cardmember; (e) that the Bank reserves the right to issue, renew or replace any card to the Cardmember without assigning any reason whatsoever; (f) not to return for a cash refund any goods, tickets or services obtained in any transaction using the Card; (g) to produce, if required, the relevant means of identification (for example, identification card, passport, etc.) when using the Card or any other information or documents as the Bank may require from time to time in the Bank’s sole discretion; and (h) to act in good faith at all times in relation to all dealings with the Bank.
The Cards. The Card is the property of the Bank and must be returned to the Bank on request. The Bank may revoke any Card or all of the Cards at any time, without cause and without notice. If a merchant or a financial institution where the Card is attempted to be used asks for the surrender of the Card, you must surrender it immediately.
The Cards. (a) shall at all times remain the property of the Company and shall be returned to the Company on demand and may be retained at any time by the Company or any person acting on the Company’s behalf; (b) shall not be used after its expiry date and the Customer shall, on the day after such expiry date, destroy the Card; (c) are not transferable or assignable in any way and shall only be used by the Customer and/or its Users; and (d) and the operation of the Account may be suspended, cancelled or their use withdrawn by the Company in its absolute discretion at any time.
