Code of Conduct for Directors means the Code of Conduct for Directors of the Foundation Trust, as adopted by the Foundation Trust and as amended from time to time by the Board of Directors, which all Directors must adhere to;
Code of Conduct for Directors means the code of conduct (including detailed rules on conflicts of interest) prescribed by the board of directors from time to time;
Code of Conduct for Directors means the Code of Conduct for Directors referred to in Article 13.3.
