Code of Ethics Review Committee definition

Code of Ethics Review Committee means the Legg Mason Funds Code of Ethics Review Committee as set forth on Appendix 1.
Code of Ethics Review Committee means the Legg Mason committee that has oversight responsibility for issues relating to personal securities trading and investment activity.

  • No Employee may serve on the board of any company without prior approval of the Code of Ethics Review Committee.

  • The General Counsel, or his or her designee, is responsible for investigating any suspected violation of the Code and shall report the results of each investigation to the Code of Ethics Review Committee.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
