Code stamp definition

Code stamp means the permanent "ASME" identifying stamping applied to boilers and pressure vessels which indicates that the vessel has been constructed in accordance with the rules of the board and the applicable section of the "ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code" and has been approved by an authorized inspector.
