Codeshared Flight definition

Codeshared Flight means a flight on which both Parties have placed their respective Codes, as defined in Section 2.1 and Annex B.
Codeshared Flight means a flight on which United has placed its Code, as defined in Section 2.1 and Annex B.
Codeshared Flight has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Codeshared Flight in a sentence

  • In the event that Great Lakes intends to substitute for a Codeshared Flight an aircraft that will be operated under the operating certificate of a third-party Great Lakes must provide United with prior written notice of its intention.

  • United shall have the right, should it elect to do so, to (i) accommodate its passengers on the substitute aircraft, or (ii) remove its Code from the Codeshared Flight, and reaccommodate its Codeshared Passengers ticketed for travel on such Codeshared Flight to another flight.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, such waiver shall be effective thirty (30) days before the implementation date of the first Codeshared Flight, and shall remain in effect for ninety (90) days after the Termination Date of this Agreement to facilitate the reaccommodation of any Codeshared Passengers ticketed for travel after the Termination Date.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create between the Parties and/or the Parties’ Representatives any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise or agency (except that Great Lakes shall have supervisory control over all passengers during any Codeshared Flight, including any employees, agent or contractors of United who are on board any such Codeshared Flight).

  • Great Lakes reserves the right to discontinue any specific route, flight number, equipment or schedule, and United reserves the right to remove its Code from any Codeshared Flight at any time.

  • United shall disclose to the extent required by Applicable Law through industry-approved schedule and selling mechanisms, to consumers, travel agents and others selling the Codeshared Flights, as well as through any advertising, point-of-sale disclosures, and any other appropriate means, that each Codeshared Flight is a flight of and operated by Great Lakes.

  • Each day Frontier will transmit to Mesa a file containing daily booking information on each Codeshared Flight.

  • Each day Frontier shall accept from Mesa daily updated authorization levels for each Codeshared Flight.

  • Each party agrees to notify the other party as soon as practicable, but not less than sixty (60) days unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, in advance of any schedule change to a Codeshared Flight or a connecting Frontier-operated flight.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create between the Parties and/or the Parties’ Representatives any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise or agency (except that the Operating Carrier shall have supervisory control over all passengers during any Codeshared Flight, including any employees, agents or contractors of the Marketing Carrier who are on board any such Codeshared Flight).

Codeshared Flight means any NEA Service on which two or more Parties (or their Affiliates or Franchisees) place their designator codes.

Related to Codeshared Flight

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC) means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.
