COFACE Premium definition

COFACE Premium means the amount payable by the Borrower to Coface through the Agent on the Delivery Date in respect of the Coface Insurance Policy which shall be [**] of the Total Financed Contract Price.
COFACE Premium means the premium payable to COFACE pursuant to the COFACE Insurance Policy.
COFACE Premium means the premium due to COFACE under the COFACE Cover for a maximum amount of US$16,482,996.

  • The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery to the COFACE Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time (provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that no Utilisation Request shall be required in respect of Loans required to fund the COFACE Premium pursuant to Clause 2.5(e) (COFACE Premium) or IDC).

Related to COFACE Premium

  • Insurance Premium means the amount that each Debtor shall pay on a monthly basis to Agos pursuant to the relevant Consumer Loan Agreement, in relation to the insurance premium paid by Agos to the relevant Insurance Company under any Financed Insurance Policy.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Single Premium means the Premium amount specified in the Schedule payable in Lump Sum at the inception of the Policy. No further Premiums are payable under this Policy.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.

  • Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.
